Hammerhead sharks gather at Wolf Island, early morning Galapagos, 2009. Filmed by Kaffe whilst on a months research exploring the social lives of sharks and their solo navigational skill at depths as great as 500m. Collaborating with shark scientists at the Charles Darwin station and the University of California Davis, MigraMar project, Kaffe is now working the data with the scientists to make an architectural multi-channelled performance installation, “You might come out of the water every time singing” to premiere at the Bluecoat, Liverpool, May 4th 2012.
